Last weekend MJ and I spent Saturday and Sunday taking our childbirth class. Needless to say we both really enjoyed it and learned a lot (MJ learned more than he wanted to!)! We learned some techniques to minimize the "intensity of the birth surges" (not the "pain of the contractions"), so I hope they will be helpful at lesat for a little while until they are thrown out the window! We also got to take a tour of the Birthing Inn where I will be delivering. It is very nice with big rooms and hardwood floors!
Please pray for me to calm my nerves and not to be too worried!
I am getting more and more anxious every day to meet our precious baby girl! It won't be long now!
